How do I book a photo session?

Do you only photograph dogs and cats?
We love all animals! No matter if it’s a dog, cat, bird, hamster, snake…etc. We’d love to get to know your pet and photograph them.
What should I prepare before my session?
Grooming and baths are highly recommended for your pets before the session. We want your fur babies to look their best! We also suggest walking your dog right before the session to release some of their energy. This will help them to stay focus and perform better in photos. For cats, we highly suggest their nails are trimmed before the session.
Do I need to bring anything for the shoot?
We suggest bringing your pets’ favourite toy/treat will help them ease into the new environment. In the studio, we have water, freeze-dried treats, toys and pee pads available so you don’t need to worry. We also provide fun accessories such as birthday hats, bowties, sunglasses, etc. Feel free to bring any outfits to change for your fur baby.
My pet is shy/energetic/nervous. Are we still able to get some good shots of them?
Of course! Patience is the key in pet photography. We will work closely with you to help your fur baby warm up and feel comfortable in the studio. Nothing can’t be solved with some treats and toys! If that doesn’t work, we have high shutter speed.
Is my session time extendable?
From our experiences, pets often have short attention spans and little patience. We try our best to wrap up the shoot within the time stated in the packages because they’re often tired and easily distracted towards the end. If you feel like you will need more time, extra session time can be purchased when you schedule your session.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive a private online gallery with web-sized (1024px) photos within 24-48 hours after your session. You can favorite the photos you would like to choose for fine retouching. After you choose the photos, we will deliver the high-res retouched photos in 10 business days. Christmas photos will be delivered before the holiday. All photos are without watermark, you’re welcome to share them online. We just ask you to tag us on social media when you share! (@one2pets)
Is there a deadline for fine-retouched selection and will the gallery expire?
Yes. For regular sessions, the gallery is available for 3 months. For seasonal/holiday sessions, the gallery is available for 1 month. Please make sure to select your fine-touched photos in time to avoid losing them. If the fine-retouched photos haven’t been selected in the available period, we cannot guarantee the storage of the photos.
What are web-sized photos?
Web-sized photos are only meant for sharing online and archiving, they’re not suitable for printing.
If I can’t make it to the session, how do I reschedule?
If you cannot make it, you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session. Any cancelation within 48 hours or no-show is not acceptable and will result in a fee of $150 charged to your card on file.
For seasonal sessions, cancelation is not accepted, and will be charged the full session price.
How do I pay for the session?
You will be paying in the studio after your session. We do not take payment from your card when you book your appointment online.
What payment method do you take?
Any debit or credit cards. Please make sure to have your physical card with you. Sometimes tap doesn’t work over $200.
What if I don’t like my photos?
If you don’t like the photos at all, you can reschedule another shoot or we can refund 80% of the package.
